Sign-up for Cooking Matters: kid edition for ages 8 and up. 

Pick up basic nutrition and cooking skills.  Each week we will try to incorporate at least one basic cutting, grating, peeling, cooking skill.

Week 2: July 5:  Corny Salsa With [Homemade] Tortilla Chips,

Week 3: July 12:  Baked Carrot Fries With Yogurt-Sunflower Seed Butter Dip(can use peanut butter–cheaper!–if no peanut allergies),

Week 4:  July 19:  Black Bean and Vegetable Quesadillas
