So the kids requested lasagna, but my oven capacity is pretty limited so we will make its highly customized cousin, rollatini.  Everyone can make their own flavor combinations and my little toaster ovens will be happy too. We will pull out the pasta machine to make our lasagna noodles and the flavor choices will include meat, cheese and a vegetarian option.
