Feast on the flavors of Fall this week with Apple slice sandwiches during aspiring chefs on Tuesday, November 8th at 3 pm.  These snacks are so simple cut a circular apple slice, use a small decorative cookie cutter on the top to punch out a fun shape.  Cut out a second slice, but leave whole.  Then spread a layer of peanut butter or caramel on the slice left whole.    You now have a healthy and delicious linzer type cookie snack.
