Sign-up for Cooking Matters: kid edition for ages 8 and up.  Pick up basic nutrition and cooking skills.  Each week we will try to incorporate at least one basic cutting, grating, peeling, cooking skill.  Week 3: July 12:  Baked Carrot Fries With Yogurt-Sunflower Seed Butter Dip (can use peanut butter–cheaper!–if no peanut allergies).
