Because we are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the moon landing on July 20th I thought we should make these moon themed cookies. I also learned this is an Upstate New York creation. Join me to make these delicious treats!

After we read the old-school paper copies of this book we will learn how to make a book cover using paper bags, so you can doodle all over the outside of your books!
Be creative and design your own lego creation or check out our new books filled with lego building ideas! We will also be playing mini figure rescue on the 9th and blockheads on the 23rd.
In honor of our Summer Reading theme~A Universe of Stories we will be sewing dragon wings and vulcan ears! Sew excited Rachael from Rachael’s House Threads will also be joining us!
