We will be meeting outside the Dundee Library, weather permitting 

We are offering an opportunity to apply for and work on these 2 scholarships using  library resources.  Before the start of the program our staff will pull topic related research materials for you to use.   We also have free wifi access to offer participants, and will gladly pull additional requested materials during and after this event
